4mm Carnelian Loose Round Bead String length is approximately 39-40cm and will contain around 94-100 beads, but this can sometimes be more or less as occasionally, due to the cutting process, the bead size may vary (3.8-4.9mm). If the average bead size are a little larger then you can get fewer beads on the string for the same length. The standard hole size is 0.7mm - 0.8mm.

Carnelian or Cornelian is variety of Chalcedony and due to its iron oxide content it has a striking brownish red colour. Its colour is the main reason for its popularity when used as beads, cabochons or pendants in jewellery making.

Healing Properties: This Semi-precious gemstone is said to have protective and energy boosting qualities, it is also said to be good for self-motivation, ambition and drive.
