Making A Purchase
Please be aware our site is 100% secure and uses Actinic Payments powered by Creditcall for card payments, we are 100% PCI DSS compliant.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Please note there is a MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER VALUE of £25.00 exc. vat and shipping. Any orders under this amount will not be processed.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

If you are paying by Switch please supply the card issue number. If paying by Bank of Scotland Switch please supply the valid from date aswel as the expiry date.
Shipping And Handling
For on-line orders over £150 exc.VAT we are now offering FREE next working day courier shipping to delivery to mainland UK addresses only. For non-mainland UK we will offer a reduced shipping rate. As standard, internet orders will be prioritised and if received before 2pm we aim to dispatch the same day (stock & time permitting). Shipping charges will be deducted by us after an order has been placed and delivery address confirmed and order conditions met.

Post and Packing will be charged from £2.25 to £8.50 to most MAINLAND destinations in the UK. The exact amount will be calculated after the order has been picked and weighed. For Non-mainland (offshore) addresses such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, N. Ireland and Channel Islands there may be higher charges.

The On-line ordering receipt will automatically display shipping at £3.95-£7.95. This does not mean you will be charged this amount. The amount will be manually adjusted by us if more or less.

Orders under £50.00exc.vat and under 2kg will be sent by 1st class post to most UK addresses. Orders above £50.00exc. vat will be sent on a signed or tracked service, either by Royal Mail Recorded post, Tracked, Special Delivery or by DPD couriers (dependant on final order value, weight and address).

Items sent by Special Delivery are due to arrive by 1pm on the day after despatch in most of the UK. Packages that fail to be delivered (no-one available to sign) are held at your local Sorting Office. A note will be left at your address by the postman. It is the responsibility of the addressee to arrange for collection from the Sorting Office. Royal Mail Special Delivery costs between £8.50-£13.50 (max2kg) and must be signed for.

Larger items are sent by DPD couriers Standard Next Working Day service (This service is not guaranteed but has a delivery rate of 95%). For Scottish Highlands and UK offshore addresses this is a 2 day service. PLEASE NOTE: These packages must be signed for at the destination address. Our couriers will make every effort to deliver your package, including leaving packages with your neighbours or leaving safe (ie. in shed). Please note you must specify any special delivery instructions when checking out so that we can include this information on the parcel label. The courier drivers are not permitted to follow any other instructions apart from the ones we supply them. Packages that fail to be delivered (no-one available to sign) are held at your local courier depot. A note will be left at your address by the courier asking to arrange for a convenient re-delivery date. Packages that fail twice will be held at your local courier depot and is the responsibility of the addressee to arrange for collection from the depot. A third delivery attempt will incur an extra charge of £2.95+vat and must be authorised by us. DPD provide a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don't have to wait in all day. Please provide your mobile phone number and email address at checkout to take advantage of this service.

For International destinations shipping prices will be calculated on an ad-hoc basis taking into account the final Country, order value and weight. You will be contacted by us with a shipping quote if the shipping cost is more than 15% of the order value.
Delivery Schedule
We are now shipping Monday to Friday but be aware we cannot guarantee same day dispatch & there may be processing & delivery delays.


We aim to despatch On-line orders the same day if we receive them before approximately 2pm with all other orders going out the next working day (stock permtting). International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if it is due soon. If it is not expected soon then the item will be marked 'out of stock' and you would then have to re-order.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Customers within the European Union with a valid VAT number, are exempt of UK VAT. Please send details of your VAT number if you have one.
Credit Card Security
Please be aware our site is 100% secure and uses Sellerdeck Payments powered by Creditcall for secure card payments, we are 100% PCI DSS compliant.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

CCTV systems are operated at our warehouse and carpark for the security of the premises, customers and staff. These systems may record your image during your visit.

Technical Data that includes data about your use of our website and online services such as your IP address, your login data, details about your browser, length of visit to pages on our website, page views and navigation paths, details about the number of times you use our website, time zone settings and other technology on the devices you use to access our website. The source of this data is from our analytics tracking system. We process this data to analyse your use of our website and other online services, to administer and protect our business and website, to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and to understand the effectiveness of our advertising. Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to enable us to properly administer our website and our business and to grow our business and to decide our marketing strategy.

WHAT DATA DO WE HOLD?

We hold the personal data that you supplied in the course of placing your order or enquiry.

The data normally consists of: product information, transactional information, fraud checking information, name, address, phone number, email, special delivery instructions and potentially other information to ensure the successful completion of your order.

We may hold notes of our communication with you through different channels including, but not limited to: email, live chat, CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and phone.

We will not seek personal information from you relating to race, religion, political affiliation, trade union membership, sexual orientation, medical or genetic history and we ask you not to provide such information to us under any circumstances.

HOW WE HOLD YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We secure access to the whole of our website, all transactional areas, including registration and checkout process, using secure 'https' technology.

We will retain the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order or an enquiry, for the purpose of fulfilling that order, responding to or processing that enquiry.

If you place an order, we will retain your invoice data for the period required by HMRC (currently six years), after which we will delete it.

Your information will be: securely stored on hardware that has limited access to only relevant persons; and on a server maintained by a third party such as a web host. Whether held by us on our hardware, or on our behalf by a third party, it will be kept secure and protected from unauthorised access using all reasonable means.

The third-party processors that we use are large responsible companies or organisations and we are sure they have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your data. In the case of payment processors, the entire banking infrastructure lies behind them and they pass data to Visa, Mastercard, other similar schemes, the relevant card issuer and acquirer.

Returns Policy
All returns must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order at the buyers expense, unless goods faulty. All returns must be packed properly to avoid damage or breakage. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office. We shall not accept any responsibility for non-delivery or damage of goods in transit.

We shall not give Credit or Refund money for items which have been assembled unless the item is faulty on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of goods later than 14 days from the date of dispatch.
