8mm Smokey Quartz Loose Round Bead String length is approximately 39-40cm and will contain around 48-50 beads, but this can sometimes be more or less as occasionally, due to the cutting process, the bead size may vary (7.8-8.5mm). If the average bead size are a little larger then you can get fewer beads on the string for the same length. The standard hole size is 0.8mm.

Smokey or Smoky Quartz is Silicate mineral and its colour like its name is a translucent smokey brown/black. As with most of the Quartz family, the variety of smokey quartz shaped beads available are very popular with jewellery making.

Healing Properties: This gemstone is said to be a grounding stone and is used to remove negativity. Also known to help promote positivity and wisdom.
